Your design is very environmental friendly. I like you consider about the
children in your design to eduate them have sustainable consciousness. For the
improvement, how do people know the battery still have the left power? Maybe you
could also show it on the poster.

I like your design! The shape looks very interesting. I like you interaction
board which it's very clear to show how do elderly use your product. But i have
the question how do they recharge the product and how to return it? since it's
movable how to make it stable on the wheelchair? You can consider these into
your design. Overall, you have done great work.

Project 2- Final
Project Two: Sustainable Product Service
System
The big Idea
Nowadays, passenger volume increase
at the airport every year, however, there are limited
chargers in the airport. People often feel anxious when their
phones are out of power. My design is a product service system that solves this
problem. The power bank is designed to charge
your phone in the
international airport by using the power bank lending machine.
The features
of this device:
-Multi-functional
· Phone charger- Use the phone while it is charging
· Boarding time reminder- Connect to Wifi,
renew the flight time, remind delay and boarding
time (vibrating system)
-Portable- clip on your clothes or pants.
-Chargers’ selection
We provide charging
cables include micro-usb, Iphone4/4s, Iphone5 and also
provide multiple charging cables.
Sustainability Concerns:
-Use the recycled plastics ABS
-The battery is replaceable.
-Green energy generates electricity
Lending Process:
Firstly, go to the lending machine and then use your flight ticket and credit card to lend the power bank, finally,
return it at the boarding gate.

Project2- Pre-final
Tutor Scott's feedback:
He suggested
me focus on designing the product. Why is the shape, what’s the scale, how the
information on the device connects to each other and how to use this?

Project 2 Week 1 +2 Reflection
CONCEPTS
1.They said the first concept they saw no difference from the existing bike renting but the colour appeals to people. need to see the new feature about this product service.
2. They all like the second concept. it has the potential for development. Think about the details. Maybe e-magazine is more fashionable.
3. The problem for the third concept is where can you position your machine.
Comment for tutor Scott:
For the concept2;
How does it work? Where it come from? Who involve in it? -Build a system map
How to prevent stealing and dirty?
So, I found it is very hard to develop the concept 2 and another concept come into my mind.
Umbrella Lending
Sudden storm always attack in many citys in the world. Weather forecast sometimes is not accurate. People do not bring their umbrella everyday.
The umbrella renting service can save this trouble.

Week5 - Life cycle analysis Activity
This week, our group disassembled Breville Citrus Press and the process was quite interesting. At the beginning it was easy to be disassembled but then it became harder and harder. Then, we generated the product's life cycle analysis report by using greenfly. This report indicates that energy damage and global warming are the most significant issues, water use and solid wastes can not be neglectable as well.
